Privacy
Family privacy is a design principle here.
Protecting family privacy and learner data is one of the Kinduru principles — the promises below are built into how the platform works, not added afterwards.
Your family's learning belongs to your family
Lesson answers, marking, reflections, journal entries and certificates are visible only to your own family and to the Kinduru team members who operate the platform. They are never sold, shared for advertising, or used to profile children.
Children never see commercial content
Learners never encounter billing, marketing or third-party advertising inside Kinduru. All account and membership matters live with parents.
We collect the minimum
Parents sign in with an email address; children use a parent-managed username with no email required. Uploaded files are stored privately and served only to the owning family after a server-side check.
Payments are handled by our payment provider
Kinduru never stores card details. When memberships open, payments will be processed by Stripe, and Kinduru will hold only membership status.
You can leave whole
Cancelling never deletes your family's learning records — completed work, journals and certificates stay available to you. Educational records are archived, never destroyed.
Kinduru is currently in a controlled preview with invited families. A complete formal privacy policy, including data-protection contact details and your rights under UK GDPR, will be published here before open registration begins. Questions in the meantime: nate@kinduru.com.
