The four pathways

A pathway for every stage, not a race to the finish.

Children join the pathway that suits where they are right now, and families move between them whenever it feels right. There are no year-group labels, no catching up and no falling behind — just the next step on the journey.

Pathfinder

Typically ages 5–7

First steps: playful, gentle foundations for the youngest learners, built around stories, making and noticing the world.

Voyager

Typically ages 7–11

Growing confidence: core skills take root through hands-on projects, reading for pleasure and calm daily rhythm.

Explorer

Typically ages 11–14

Curiosity deepens: eight full subjects from English and Maths to RE and Life Skills, with real depth and real choice.

Adventurer

Typically ages 14–16

Towards independence: preparing young people for what comes next — study skills, substance and self-direction.

The Explorer pathway launches first, with its curriculum across all eight subjects. Pathfinder, Voyager and Adventurer follow as their lesson libraries are completed.
