Refund Policy
Summary for Parents
Kinduru lessons are digital products. This means once you buy and receive access, they can’t be returned. For that reason, we don’t usually offer refunds. We do, however, want families to feel supported — so if you have a genuine issue (such as receiving the wrong product or a technical fault), please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Full Refund Policy
1. Digital Products
All Kinduru courses, lessons, and resources are delivered digitally. Under UK consumer law, digital downloads are non-refundable once access has been provided, unless the product is faulty.
By purchasing from Kinduru, you agree that:
You receive immediate access to the product after payment.
Because access is instant, you lose the legal right to cancel or request a refund simply for changing your mind.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate purchase (accidental repeat order)
Incorrect product delivered (you ordered one course but received another)
Technical fault that prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at Contact with your order details.
3. Responsibility of the Buyer
It is your responsibility to ensure:
You have the necessary software or internet access to use our digital products (e.g., PDF readers, word processors).
You carefully check the product description before purchasing.
We cannot offer refunds where the product works as described but does not meet personal expectations.
4. Support
If you encounter issues with downloading, accessing, or using your materials, please contact us. We are committed to ensuring you can use the resources you’ve purchased.
